Gentle, whole-body workout for all levels that focuses on core muscles. Includes 15 minutes of cardio and weights; 35 minutes of yoga; and 10 minutes of guided relaxation. Instructor: Maribeth Classes are available for ages 18 and over, although a student age 16+ may register if their parent registers for and participates in the same class. Thank you.
