Healthy Weight, Healthy You
This 8-week program focuses on lifestyle changes that will allow participants to improve their health and achieve a healthier body weight. The educational and experiential curriculum focuses on eating whole foods, physical activity, portion control, emotional eating and ways to streamline healthy eating. Participants engage in goal setting and learn techniques for long term lifestyle change. Educational materials and copies of the PowerPoint support all presentations. Biometric measurements (height, weight, % body fat, waist/hip and blood pressure) will be measured before and after the program.
